10 Days Morocco Tour from Tangier

Upon your arrival in Tangier, you will be greeted at the port or airport and transferred to your accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore the lively medina, the Kasbah, and the Corniche overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar. Tangier is a city where African, European, and Arab cultures blend beautifully, making it a fascinating start to your Moroccan journey.

After breakfast, you will drive through the Rif Mountains toward the charming town of Tetouan, known for its Andalusian influence and Spanish character. Later, continue to Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue Pearl” of Morocco. With a local guide, wander through the labyrinth of the old medina, visit the colorful tanneries, the Bou Inania Madrasa, and the University of Al-Qarawiyyin. The vibrant souks and artisan workshops will immerse you in Morocco’s traditional crafts.

After breakfast, depart Fes and travel through the Middle Atlas mountains. Pass through Ifrane, the “Switzerland of Morocco,” and continue to the cedar forest of Azrou where you may see Barbary macaque monkeys. Continue south through the Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves, until reaching Merzouga. In the late afternoon, ride camels across the dunes to your luxury desert camp. Enjoy dinner, Berber music, and stargazing in the Sahara.

This special day is dedicated to exploring the Sahara Desert. After breakfast, you can take a 4x4 tour of the dunes, visit nomadic families, enjoy sandboarding, or simply relax at the camp.
